This article will walk you through how to access your timesheet and what options are available on the timesheet screen. There are a couple of options for accessing your timesheet:
- Timesheet > Today
- Timesheet > Summary
Timesheet > Today
This screen gives an overview of all of your time entries and disbursements for any given day. By default, it will be set to the current date. You can use the date field to navigate to a different date and the 'Go to today' button to navigate back to the current date.
From this screen, you can also create a new time entry or disbursement.
You can click on any time entry listed to edit it or click on the trash can icon to delete a time entry.
If you click on 'Suggestions', it will give you a list of all of the matters you have touched that day and at what time, so that if you forgot to create a time entry, you can do so easily.
Timesheet > Summary
This page gives you a summary of the time you have recorded every day for the month, starting on the 1st of the month.
You can switch which month you want to look at using the month dropdown
You can switch to view a summary by:
- Hours Worked
- Hours Worked + Billable
- Billable Hours
- Non-Billable Hours
