Billing Cycle Settings

This article explains how you can set up additional billing cycles. 

Recurring billing cycles are located in Admin > Accounting > Recurring billing cycles

Your system will come up with in-built billing cycles that should cover most, if not all requirements. However if not you do have the ability to create your own billing cycle. 

If you need to create a new billing cycle you can click on Add new billing cycle button in the top right-hand corner. 

You will be presented with this screen. 

WARNING: This requires advanced knowledge of PHP as you will need a calculation code to input here which is used to calculate the dates required in your new billing cycle. 

To see an example of the PHP calculation codes you can click on the name of a pre-defined cycle in the list and you can see the PHP code (an example of 14 days is below): 

If you have advanced knowledge of how calculation codes work you can copy and paste this code with the new calculations into your new field. If you do not have this knowledge we recommend contacting your Certified Consulting Partner or lodging a support ticket.
